How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! All you have to do is go to the registration page and fill in the username you want, your e-mail address and a good password. Your username will be shown to other players on the website and cannot be changed, so make sure you like it.

After registration we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with a link you have to click in order to finish your registration.

And that's it! Now you can start playing with everything that Zigiz has to offer.

I forgot my username / password, what do I do?

No worries, just go to the request account details page and enter the e-mail address you used when you created your account. We will send you an e-mail with your username and a special link to a page where you can enter a new password.

I don't want to receive any Zigiz e-mails anymore, what do I do?

On your settings page you can select which emails you want to receive from Zigiz. You have the option to receive all e-mails, to receive only important e-mails, or to receive no e-mails.

How do I change my e-mail?

When you are logged in you can change your e-mail address by going to the change e-mail page. Requesting an e-mail change will send an e-mail with a confirmation link which you have to click in order to confirm your new email address.

How do I change my password?

When you are logged in you can change your password by going to the change password page. For security reasons we will notify you by e-mail when your password changes.

Can I change my username?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to change your username at this time - sorry!
